1. Show up

Your goal the next 7 days is just to follow what I say. It’s only 7 days. So don’t worry if the last thing you want is another person telling you what to do! It won’t last forever.

But I need you to simply show up and follow along as closely as possible so you can see what’s totally possible and saves you hours every week!

Over the next 7 days, there’s only going to be 3 Dad Bod WODs (Workout Of The Day). On your off days, I’m still going to be in touch and tell you exactly what you should be doing to keep the forward momentum.

If you just show up and put effort into this Done-For-Dads formula, getting in shape, saving time, and having more energy to be more active with your kids will not be as elusive as you think!


2. Check in (with me during the challenge)

The most successful Dads stay motivated, inspired, and accountable!  We don’t actually have to be together, physically.

3. Eat (what dads need to eat)

My name is Brian Manalastas and I am the official Dad Bod Coach!

I’m a Chiropractor, health and wellness coach, and fitness motivator to dads all over the world, and I help transform them from out of shape, out of energy and out of time, into physically active, engaged and healthy dads that get to create lasting impact and cherished memories with their kids!
