My name is Brian Manalastas and I am the official Dad Bod Coach!

I’m a Chiropractor, health and wellness coach, and fitness motivator to dads all over the world, and I help transform them from out of shape, out of energy and out of time, into physically active, engaged and healthy dads that get to create lasting impact and cherished memories with their kids!

My passion for movement, health, and fitness started when I was just a kid.

Over the last decade, I have honed and fine tuned my expertise in many aspects of health. In addition to furthering my practice as a Chiropractor, I have studied as an FDN (Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist) practitioner, and I’ve passed as much of this knowledge as possible to as many people as I can.
