Thank You DaD!

Before we  go any further...I want to take a moment to say "Thank You"...

For trusting in me.

For trusting in the process.

And for taking the first step of many more, not just in your health and fitness.

But in continuing to strive to better yourself...and be the best dad you can be!

Now...just want to share a couple ground rules.

FIRST - DO NOT underestimate the results, progress, and success you can achieve over the next 21 days.

You may be thinking...

"It's just 21 days, how much progress could I really expect?"

Well, there are dads that have seriously crushed this challenge - showing up everyday, posting everyday, sharing everyday - and simply following the guide got them to lose 12lbs. in just 21 days!  And they never looked back!

SECOND - ​DO NOT go "half in" or "kind of in".  GO ALL IN!

You know what happens to dads that "kind of" work out?

They "kind of" get results they want, meaning they feel better, but don't really gain much out of the 21 days.

You could be stronger, faster, more energetic, AND LOSE WEIGHT OR PUT ON MUSCLE!

But you have to be "ALL IN" wanting that result.  JUST DO IT!

Finally... THREE - FOLLOW AND POST in the FB Group!  The most critical piece that determines your success is having SUPPORT, ENCOURAGEMENT, & ACCOUNTABILITY!  The more you show up in the group, the better you'll do...plain and simple.
