How to perform the exercise

  • PROGRESSION will consist of 10 ROUNDS
  • Each Round corresponds to the number of repetitions you will complete for each exercise.
  • Round 1 complete 10 repetitions of each exercise.
  • Try not to take a break from one exercise to another.
  • When you’ve completed 10 repetitions of each exercise, Round 1 is over.
  • Try to not take a break and move right into round 2.
  • Round 2 will be ONE LESS repetition.  And each subsequent round will be ONE LESS repetition until you reach ZERO.
  • Set a stopwatch and record your completion time.

 

Exercise Tips

  • Remember to focus on FORM and TECHNIQUE while completing each repetition of each round.
  • Try not to take any breaks BUT pause if needed.
  • If you are struggling with a specific exercise, find the modification.
  • If you have enough energy, work yourself all the way back up in repetitions!
