Exercise
How to perform the exercise
- PROGRESSION will consist of 12 ROUNDS
- Each Round corresponds to the number of repetitions you will complete for each exercise.
- Round 1 complete 12 repetitions of each exercise.
- Try not to take a break from one exercise to another.
- When you’ve completed 12 repetitions of each exercise, Round 1 is over.
- Try to not take a break and move right into round 2.
- Round 2 will be ONE LESS repetition. And each subsequent round will be ONE LESS repetition until you reach ZERO.
- Set a stopwatch and record your completion time.
Exercise Tips
- Remember to focus on FORM and TECHNIQUE while completing each repetition of each round.
- Try not to take any breaks BUT pause if needed.
- If you are struggling with a specific exercise, find the modification.
- If you have enough energy, work yourself all the way back up in repetitions!
