Exercise
How to perform the exercise
- Today is your Final Dad Bod Physical Challenge.
- You have 4 exercises to perform.
- For each exercise, you have a MAXIMUM of 1 minute to complete as many repetitions as possible.
- After you’ve completed each exercise, you are allowed to take a 2 minute break.
- Then promptly begin your next exercise.
- Tally all your scores.
- Measure where you are on The Dad Bod Scoring Chart.
Exercise Tips
- Make sure to adequately warm up before starting the final challenge.
- Between exercises, do not sit still, continue to move around and get your breath back.
- You can complete the exercises in any order you like.
- Practice good form and posture throughout.
- Continue to push yourself throughout the entire 60 seconds.
