How to perform the exercise

  • Today is your Final Dad Bod Physical Challenge.
  • You have 4 exercises to perform.
  • For each exercise, you have a MAXIMUM of 1 minute to complete as many repetitions as possible.
  • After you’ve completed each exercise, you are allowed to take a 2 minute break.
  • Then promptly begin your next exercise.
  • Tally all your scores.
  • Measure where you are on The Dad Bod Scoring Chart.

Exercise Tips

  • Make sure to adequately warm up before starting the final challenge.
  • Between exercises, do not sit still, continue to move around and get your breath back.
  • You can complete the exercises in any order you like.
  • Practice good form and posture throughout.
  • Continue to push yourself throughout the entire 60 seconds.
